Ceros

Name: Kyohei Yoshida
Birthday: December 7, 1993
Role: coach

Ceros, similar to Yutapon, has been a part of DFM since the very beginning. The best friends started playing together before DFM as an organization existed, and while Ceros officially retired from playing after 9 years, he’s still an essential part of DFM as their coach.
But, before League was even a thing in Japan, Ceros was already trying himself out in other titles. He even won a competition in the TPS mecha team game, Steel Battalion. As soon as JCG (one of the biggest Japanese organizers at that time) started their League circuit though, he switched games, and played from the first season alongside Yutapon.
He was known for his unique picks, especially his Heimerdinger and Ziggs. He dominated the Japanese League of Legends scene for many years, which gave him the famous nickname Emperor (皇帝).
Despite not qualifying for Worlds, he caught a lot of eyes during IWCT 2015 from all over the world. He and Yutapon were the first well-known Japanese players.
When he announced he will join the coaching staff in 2022, people were curious how well he can transfer his unique style as a mentor, but after the LJL 2023 Spring Split, there should be no doubt remaining. He may be a troll, and he likes to joke around, but he’s truly, the leader of DFM.

Running storylines with Ceros

After his retirement, Ceros started making educational content on YouTube, and started streaming more. Whenever he can, he still likes to play games with Yutapon, but the practice schedule makes it harder to create content during the season.

After the split, when Kazu was asked about who he views as the MVP, without hesitation he said Ceros. Ceros took on the development of tol2 himself, and helped the rookie both mentally and in-game. While in fanmeets and streams, Ceros is the resident troll, he may be the one spending the most time with the players. Everyone was singing praises of him, and while he can be strict when it comes to the game, he’s someone who wants to win just as much as the players.
